Confessions of a Prairie Bitch by Alison Arngrim – Dedication

In Adventure, Biography, Books on June 26, 2010 at 12:09 pm

Meet the Bette Middler School of Overcompensation. That’s how shy teen Alison Arngrim overcame her shyness on the set of Little House on the Prairie – where she played Nellie Olson on screen and wanted her castmates to know that she had a big heart under all that bossy dialogue.

We loved this line: “My colleagues spoke about how nice it was that I had ‘come out of my shell.’ I learned then that people see what they want to see and believe what they want to believe. It takes very little to help them along.” HaHa 🙂

For Jess:

The Pig Woman speaks at last.

For Lucy:

I think I understand you a little bit more every day.

“Jess” may be Alison’s former Personal Manager.
