Yoori Kim created the cool cover art for Kimberly Wilson‘s book Hip Tranquil Chick: A Guide to Life On and Off the Yoga Mat. Take a look!

This book is dedicated to the many teachers who have

shared their wisdom with me since kindergarten, the

students I’ve met since my yoga teaching journey began,

my amazing team at Tranquil Space, my tranquil beau,

Tim Mooney, and my hip muse, Sir Louis the Pug.

More Than Just a Game Soccer vs. Apartheid by Korr and Close – Dedication

More Than Just a Game – Soccer vs. Apartheid by Chuck Korr and Marvin Close examines race relations and cultural change among South Africa’s prison football teams. Awesome book. Check it out. The title comes from a Nelson Mandela quote. Mandela and other political prisoners played soccer in Robben Island prisons, eventually organizing a formal league. Sports played a pivotal role in their fight against apartheid. Soccer became “more than just a game.”

Chuck Korr and Marvin Close’s dedication in More Than Just a Game ~

To the men of Robben Island

and the free South Africa

they helped to create.

Simon Kuper and Stefan Szymanski’s dedications in Soccernomics ~

From Simon:

To Pamela

(who doesn’t know about football,

but knows about writing) for her astonishing tolerance.

And to Leila, Leo and Joey, for all the smiles.

From Stefan:

To my father

We never saw eye to eye,

but he taught me to question everything.

I was rooting for Argentina 🙂
